Score a Hole In One at Wente
For over 100 years Wente Vineyards has been producing amazing California Chardonnay. In more recent years they've expanded their lifestyle brand to include a golf course and concert series.

This year marks the 130th vintage of Wente Vineyards, and more than 100 years of the Wente family bringing Chardonnay cuttings from Montpellier, France and planting them in the Livermore Valley. Today the Wente clones are the most widely planted clones of Chardonnay in California.

Located near San Francisco, the 3,000 acres of sustainably farmed estate vineyards in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay, Arroyo Seco, and Monterey appellations are truly a family affair. Fourth- and fifth-generation Wente family members manage the vineyards and winemaking operations, and oversee the lifestyle businesses, including the restaurant, concert series, and golf course. The Wente family is proud to have been awarded 2011 American Winery of the Year by Wine Enthusiast.

This year Wente Vineyards celebrates its 28th anniversary of entertaining guests with delicious wine country cuisine at The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards and with music at its summer concert series. The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards uses locally grown organic ingredients sourced within a 100-mile radius as much as possible. Recent accolades include the 2013 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence and high scores from Zagat for "consistently deliver[ing] with wine friendly Cal-Med cuisine."

The Concerts at Wente Vineyards have always drawn world-class performers, such as Sheryl Crow and Chicago, to this unique Northern California outdoor amphitheater setting. Savvy concert-goers select Restaurant Dining tickets, which include a four-course meal at The Restaurant followed by front-row seats at the performance. Others opt for the equally delightful outdoor buffet prepared by Wente Vineyards Catering with locally grown and sourced ingredients.

Family, food, entertainment, and of course, the wines beckon visitors to experience the legacy that is Wente Vineyards.
